Agreement and General Release From Liability

Those requesting "Drag Racing 101 - A Beginner's Guide" agree to the following:

By requesting "Drag Racing 101 - A Beginner's Guide" I certify that I am exactly 18 years of age or older and acknowledge the following:

• I understand that the sport of drag racing is inherently dangerous, participation in this sport may result in driver injury, driver death, vehicle damage, a total loss of vehicle, or loss of vehicle manufacturer's warranty.

• I understand that the risks outlined above can never be eliminated from drag racing.

• I understand that "Drag Racing 101 - A Beginner's Guide" is not at all-encompassing instrument and it can not eliminate or mitigate risks associated with drag racing.

• I understand and agree that www.learntodragrace.com, its owners, its employees and affiliates can not be held responsible for my safety and for the safety of my vehicle and, therefore, I agree to release www.learntodragrace.com, its owners, its employees and affiliates from any and all liability.  In the event that I choose to participate in the sport of drag racing, I certify that I will have done so out of my own free will based solely on my decision as a consenting adult.

• I understand that conventional vehicle insurance will not cover damages or total vehicle loss at any sanctioned or non-sanctioned drag racing event.  Furthermore, I understand that life insurance or health insurance benefit underwriters may decline benefits in the event of death or injury resulting from participation in any sanctioned or non-sanctioned drag racing event.

I have read and understand the above Agreement and General Release From Liability and would like to request a copy of "Drag Racing 101 - A Beginner's Guide"
